Workday Integration Project Manager

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐄 (𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞) 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Workday Integration Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) across HCM and third-party systems, ensuring quality and timely execution. Drives stakeholder coordination, requirements gathering, and project governance while managing cross-functional global teams and vendors. Ensures integration design, deployment, and support align with business objectives, SLAs, and compliance standards. 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐊𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒: Workday Modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Workday Studio, EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors (CCW, PECI, PICOF, Payroll, Benefits, Financials), Cloud Connect,Data Mapping,Interface Design REST APIs,SOAP APIs,Integration Testing,API Integrations &Third-Party System Integrations 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦: Workday Integration Cloud, Workday Extend, Workday Security Framework (ISU, Domain & BP Security), Workday Object Transporter (OX) 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: Report Writer, Calculated Fields, RAAS, Prism Analytics, BIRT 𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐬 & 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚: Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: Java, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬 & 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬: Git, CI/CD, ServiceNow, Jira, Rally, Postman, SOAP UI 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 & 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: AWS (S3, Lambda), SFTP, PGP Encryption, OAuth 2.0 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: SOX, GDPR, HIPAA 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘: · Over 7+ years of experience in end-to-end design, development, and support of Workday HCM and Financial integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance domains. · Strong expertise in building and supporting inbound and outbound integrations leveraging Workday Integration Cloud, RAAS, PICOF, and Cloud Connect for high-volume and secure data exchange. · Proven experience developing complex Workday Studio integrations using XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and Java to meet advanced business, payroll, and compliance requirements. · Experienced in project coordination, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional team collaboration in Agile environments. · Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Core Connectors (CCW, PECI, CCB, Payroll, Benefits, Financials) for multi-country payroll and vendor integrations. · Strong experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems including ADP.
