Workday Integration Consultant

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐂𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and timely resolution of integration related issues. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Monitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – support only) • Perform triage and troubleshooting of integration and batch job failures • Coordinate integration re runs, data corrections, and incident resolution • Validate data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systems • Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation for integrations • Maintain integration runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation "Hands on experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI) • Strong understanding of Workday inbound/outbound data flows • Experience in production support and incident management • Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptions • Working knowledge of security, data privacy, and access controls • Good communication skills to coordinate with functional teams and L3 partners" Previous industry exposure
