𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) - 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 (𝐀𝐌𝐒) 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 - 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐌𝐒 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐂𝐀 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Need Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and timely resolution of integration related issues. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Monitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio – support only) - Perform triage and troubleshooting of integration and batch job failures - Coordinate integration re runs, data corrections, and incident resolution - Validate data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systems - Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation for integrations - Maintain integration runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation "𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐄𝐈𝐁, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈) - Strong understanding of Workday inbound/outbound data flows - Experience in production support and incident management - Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptions - Working knowledge of security, data privacy, and access controls - Good communication skills to coordinate with functional teams and L3 partners"
