The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end architecture, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution design, code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with business and product stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 · Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js. · Define front-end development standards, frameworks, and best practices. · Drive technical decisions, solution design, and implementation strategies. · Ensure application performance, maintainability, scalability, and security. · Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams. 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 · Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable front-end components. · Design and implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API-driven architectures using Nuxt.js. · Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. · Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and release planning activities. · Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate technical risks. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 · Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching. · Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and promote engineering excellence. · Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives. · Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven engineering culture. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 · Establish coding standards and development guidelines. · Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD best practices. · Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and user experience. · Ensure compliance with security and quality standards. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. · 8-12+ years of software development experience. · Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js. · Strong experience with Nuxt.js, SSR, SSG, and modern front-end architectures. · Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications. · Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. · Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and application scalability. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
