𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬, 𝐓𝐗 (𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞) 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We are seeking a highly motivated onsite Sr. Tech Lead with strong expertise in ADF, Databricks, SQL, Python, PostgreSQL, and modern BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) to support scalable analytics in a healthcare data environment. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 : - Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark) for building scalable data pipelines - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, optimization, and automation - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for delivering actionable insights - Solid understanding of healthcare data models, claims/clinical datasets, and domain-specific compliance considerations - Strong SAP domain expertise in Supply Chain Management - Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub-based version control, and deployment best practices - Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Databricks Workflows, Airflow) - Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and tools like Jira for sprint planning and tracking - Exposure in ETL Migration of DataStage jobs to Azure environment - Practical experience leveraging AI tools and assisted development (e.g., code generation, optimization, documentation) to enhance productivity and accelerate delivery. Drive technical decision-making code reviews and continuous improvement across projects.
