Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 – 𝐒𝐫. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬,𝐓𝐗 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: - Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams - Gather, analyse, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories - Translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements - Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions - Perform process analysis and identify improvement opportunities - Strong Domain knowledge in Supply Chain - Strong Domain knowledge in healthcare industry - Expertise in Snowflake - Support standardisation, governance and PMO - Work closely with teams in Agile/Scrum delivery (sprints, backlog, releases) - Track requirements and support UAT, sign-offs, and release readiness - Provide status updates, executive summaries, and reporting - Maintain documentation repository and ensure version control
