𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Configure and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps solutions based on business requirements.
Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party APIs.
Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and one or more modules such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, or SPM.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine Studio, and Service Portal.
Expertise in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Server.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
· 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow CSM architecture
· Proven track record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformations
· Experience in customer service operations or CX transformation programs
