Scrum Master with P&C Domain

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏&𝐂 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐬, 𝐎𝐇 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 (𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞) 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐇 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups| sprint planning| sprint reviews| and retrospective meetings. - Team Coaching & Mentoring: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices. - Foster self-organisation and cross-functional collaboration. - Impediment Removal: Proactively identify| track| and remove roadblocks that hinder the teams progress and productivity. - Backlog Management Support: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed prioritised and aligned with P&C business objectives (e.g. regulatory compliance| new product roll outs). - Metrics & Reporting: Track and communicate team velocity| sprint progress| and release readiness to stakeholders. - Domain Alignment: Leverage your P&C knowledge to help the team understand business context and complex insurance workflows ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
