SAP S/4 HANA Financial Consultant

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐒/4 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞, 𝐖2 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚: 𝐔𝐒𝐂, 𝐆𝐂, 𝐇4-𝐄𝐀𝐃 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4 HANA Financial modules including FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders), and AM (Asset Management) Perform gap analysis between current business processes and SAP capabilities; recommend process improvements and best practices. 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lead end-to-end implementation projects from blueprint through go-live; manage project timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations Design and document technical solutions; create data migration strategies and validate data accuracy post-implementation Integrate financial modules with HR, MM, and SD modules; build custom interfaces using ALE/IDocs, RFC, and web services. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Partner with finance business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals Provide training and support to finance teams; create documentation and runbooks for ongoing system operations Support post-go-live optimization and troubleshooting; identify and resolve configuration and functional issues. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 8-14 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems, with minimum 5+ years in S/4 HANA implementations Expert-level knowledge of SAP Finance modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO, AM; experience with consolidation and cash management preferred Demonstrated expertise in full-lifecycle implementation projects (at least 3+ SAP implementations as a core team member) Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls (SOX compliance knowledge a plus) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬: IMG, SPRO, and transaction codes for financial modules Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, legacy system integration) and testing methodologies (FICA, UAT) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
