𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: · Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution delivery. · Architect scalable solutions leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. · Design and implement Patient 360, Care Plans, Care Teams, Clinical Encounters, Program Management, and Patient Engagement solutions. · Define technical architecture, integration strategy, security architecture, and deployment approach. · Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration Frameworks. · Drive integrations with external systems such as EHR/EMR, Clinical Systems, ERP, Master Data Systems, and Third-Party Healthcare Applications. · Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and Pharma stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches. · Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews. · Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and Life Sciences regulatory requirements. · Lead estimation, technical planning, release management, and DevOps activities. · Support SIT, UAT, deployment planning, and production support.
