Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide key stakeholders with real-time performance metrics and trend analysis. Develop and optimize PowerApps applications to streamline data collection, automate workflows, and enhance user experience across various business functions. Utilize Power Automate to design and build efficient automated workflows, integrating various applications and services to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaborate closely with business units to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions. Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency for reporting and analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, PowerApps applications, and Power Automate flows, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay abreast of the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support end-users in navigating and utilizing Power Platform solutions effectively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance and reporting standards. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Proven experience in developing and deploying solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Strong proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices using Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and report design. Experience in designing and developing user-friendly and efficient PowerApps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps. Demonstrated ability to create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, including connectors, triggers, and actions. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, SQL, and database technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Azure services relevant to Power Platform is a plus. Agile development methodologies experience is beneficial.
