๐‰๐จ๐› ๐“๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐ž: ๐Œ๐จ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐ค๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: ๐Œ๐ข๐š๐ฆ๐ข, ๐…๐‹ ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง : ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐œ๐ญ (๐Ž๐ง-๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ž) ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž : ๐Ÿ–-๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ+ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ ๐‰๐จ๐› ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Competencies: Minimum 8-10+ years of experience ServiceNow_ITAM (IT Asset Management) Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS) 1. ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ & ๐ˆ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  - Perform imaging of new laptops using standardized enterprise images provided by the client. - Build and configure devices from the designated staging location (Port of Miami). - Ensure all devices are compliant with organizational security standards through Intune enrollment. 2. ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐‹๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ฒ๐œ๐ฅ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ - Coordinate distribution of new devices and collection of legacy devices. - Ensure successful execution of end-user device refresh lifecycle covering: - Asset assignment - Device activation - Decommissioning of old hardware - Maintain accurate tracking of all devices through ServiceNow asset management. 3. ๐”๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ ๐ƒ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐Œ๐ข๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ - Guide users to back up data to OneDrive prior to transition. - Provide documentation and instructions to ensure smooth migration of files/settings. - Troubleshoot post-deployment issues, including application setup and device access. - Conduct follow-ups to ensure users are fully operational. 4. ๐‹๐จ๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ & ๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง - Coordinate shipping of devices to remote users via FedEx and track deliveries. - Manage scheduling for delivery/returns: - Remote users via scheduling tools - Onsite users via designated pickup locations - Validate user eligibility through ServiceNow and Azure prior to deployment. 5. ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ & ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ - Update asset records at every lifecycle stage: - Shipment - Delivery - Assignment - Return - Maintain tracking numbers and audit trails in ServiceNow. 6. ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ซ & ๐†๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ - Work closely with project stakeholders (Engagement Manager, SMEs, client teams). - Follow defined governance and reporting structures. - Ensure adherence to agreed service windows and delivery timelines. ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐„๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ & ๐‚๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ ๐ž - Locations: Miami-area sites including Port of Miami, Miramar, Weston, FIU, Tech Hub, and Biscayne. - Service Window: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (EST). - Support Model: Combination of onsite and remote user support. ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ: Expertise In - - Windows & Mac OS device setup and configuration - Imaging and endpoint deployment tools - Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager - ServiceNow (Asset Management preferred) - Azure AD user/device validation ๐…๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ: โ€ข ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐Ÿ: - IT asset lifecycle management - End-user support and troubleshooting - Data migration and backup processes - Logistics coordination and scheduling ๐’๐จ๐Ÿ๐ญ ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ: - Excellent communication and user interaction skills - Strong coordination and multitasking capabilities - Attention to detail in asset tracking and documentation - Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume rollout environments
