𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐒𝐂/𝐆𝐂/𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐖2 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Systems Analyst with to support enterprise applications and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in COBOL, MMIS, EDI transactions, and healthcare claims processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, enhance, and support critical business applications. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Analyze, maintain, and support enterprise Mainframe applications used in Medicaid operations. Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate system requirements. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot COBOL-based applications supporting healthcare payer systems. Review and manage EDI transaction workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and companion guides. Perform system analysis, production support, and issue resolution for MMIS-related applications. Coordinate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements. Monitor data integrity and perform detailed analysis to support operational and business needs. Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and operational reports. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities. Provide ongoing support for Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and claims processing functions. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Healthcare or Medicaid applications. Strong hands-on experience with COBOL programming and Mainframe environments. Experience working with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems). At least 3 years of experience supporting healthcare payer Mainframe systems in an analyst or technical support role. Working knowledge of EDI transactions, healthcare data exchange standards, and companion guide management. Experience supporting Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or claims processing systems.
