𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 : 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐱 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 (𝐒𝐌𝐄) 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬, 𝐈𝐍 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 (𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞) 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Linux Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong L3-level expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Strong clustering knowledge, automation experience using Ansible Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and strong collaboration skills 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Provide L3-level support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems in mission-critical environments. - Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, storage, network, and application-level issues. - Manage and support Red Hat Cluster environments ensuring high availability and business continuity. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. - Automate system administration and configuration management tasks using Ansible. - Implement system hardening, patching, upgrades, and security best practices. - Work on system performance tuning and capacity planning. - Collaborate with application, network, storage, and security teams. - Support cloud-based Linux workloads in AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM – good to have). - Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24x7 production support. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
