The ideal candidate should have at least 13 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. - The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. - In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. - A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code.
