Business Analyst - Oracle PPM & Accounting Hub

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 – 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐏𝐌 & 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐛 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐥𝐲𝐧, 𝐍𝐘 (𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝) 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚: 𝐔𝐒𝐂 / 𝐆𝐂, 𝐖2 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can work closely with customers to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD). The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) and be capable of effectively bridging business and technical teams. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub / Subledger Accounting Strong experience in preparing BRD, Functional, and Technical Specification documents Good understanding of finance, accounting, and project costing processes Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud End-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade experience Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models
