Lead the architectural design and technical direction for Apriso projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the implemented solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, engineering, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications for Apriso configurations, customizations, and integrations. Oversee the development and execution of system integrations between Apriso and other enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, and LIMS. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to implementation teams, developers, and support staff throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct thorough system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve quality. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, system architecture diagrams, and deployment guides. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in MOM, Apriso capabilities, and related technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Apriso system implementation and operation. Ensure that all Apriso solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an Apriso Architect or in a similar senior technical role focused on Manufacturing Operations Management solutions. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Apriso platform, including its modules, configuration, and customization capabilities. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence principles. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level IT solutions, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in system integration methodologies and technologies (e.g., APIs, web services, ETL). Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) and programming languages (e.g., C#, Java) is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
