𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 : 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 (𝐄𝐒𝐓) 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: - Engage directly with business stakeholders. - Gather and document business requirements. - Architect the overall solution. - Provide technical leadership and guide the team through design challenges and implementation issues. - Interact with product teams. - Perform high level QA test. - Ideally, the candidate should have 10-15 years of Appian experience, be hands-on and be capable of leading the engagement independently. - The expectation is for this individual to build and lead a team of 2-3 Appian resources, establish credibility with the customer, and demonstrate company ability to successfully deliver the engagement. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
