𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 & 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐢𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐖𝐀 (𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝) 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚: 𝐆𝐂 & 𝐔𝐒𝐂, 𝐖2 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 • Design and implement enterprise solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce AI capabilities. • Architect customer data models, identity resolution, data harmonization, segmentation, and activation strategies. • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with CRM, marketing platforms, and third-party enterprise systems. • Design AI-powered solutions using Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, and generative AI capabilities. • Develop scalable architecture using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration frameworks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to define end-to-end solutions. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and generative AI capabilities. • Experience with customer data platforms (CDP), data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and data activation. • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations. • Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms, data warehouses, and enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, or Gearset. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect. • Salesforce AI Associate and AI Specialist Certifications. • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
