𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise mainframe applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and IBM Mainframe environments. Responsibilities include application development, maintenance, performance optimization, debugging, and production support. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and be able to work effectively in an Agile environment. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: - Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in COBOL - Mainframe Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of z/OS - Database Technologies: Expertise in IMS database concepts including IMS/DB and IMS/DC - Transaction Processing: Thorough understanding of CICS functionalities and programming interfaces - Job Control Language (JCL): Ability to write and manage JCL scripts for batch processing - System Administration: Basic understanding of mainframe system administration tasks like data set management and security.
